Smart Car Air Bag - Light Resetting - Disabling for Child Seat

Smarts often suffer from the airbag warning light coming on. This is an Mot failure if not fixed. Usually it is just something simple, maybe you disturbed the connections when ferreting around under the seat. Sometimes this can be resolved by remaking the connection yourself.

Anything more serious and you will need the system reset. There can be a multitude of reasons why the light is on. We have the knowledge to quickly resolve any faults.

If you plan to fit a child seat in your smart fortwo you should get us to disable your smart passenger airbag first. This is done electronically so is easily reversible when you no longer need this function enabled.
